Shipping Policy

Orders are typically received within 7 business days from the time ordered.

Orders placed after 1pm EDT and on weekends are uploaded to our distribution centre for processing the following business day. 

Our teams are working to get orders shipped out as quickly and safely as possible. You will receive an email indicating your order is in transit with tracking information when your order has been dispatched. 

All orders are subject to acceptance by Smart Sharps Bin™, and any rejection of an order shall be made in Smart Sharps Bin’s™sole discretion.  If you have been charged for an order that is subsequently rejected, Smart Sharps Bin™ will refund the amount of that order to you, by a method chosen in its sole and reasonable discretion.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your delivery requirements; however, delivery is subject to availability of resources at the time of order placement. Smart Sharps Bin™ shall therefore not be liable in any way for any delay or damage arising from failure to meet your delivery requirements or any delivery dates.

Risk of loss for products shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, and you are responsible for pursuing the carrier for any loss occurring in transit.

You are responsible for examining all shipments promptly upon receipt.  If you discover any shortages or incorrect products in the shipment, you must notify Smart Sharps Bin™ immediately. Please check the order carefully, as no claim for shortages or deficiencies will be accepted  after five (5) days from delivery of the products.
